Sub:- Introduction of parallel scrutiny of dossiers by different
disciplines in respect of 9(3b) & 9(3) applications.
 
 
It has been decided to introduce parallel scrutiny of dossiers by
different disciplines in respect of 9(3B) & 9(3) applications on
experimental basis for faster registration. In this regard, the
applicants are required to submit their applications in 5 separate
folders/bundles clearly marked as legal, chemistry, toxicity, Bio-efficacy
and packaging and containing the following data/information as per the
guidelines/instructions issued by Secretariat of CIB & RC: -
 
1. FOLDER –1 - LEGAL:
 
a) Original Form-1
b) Authorization in f/o signatory of application
c) Demand Draft
d) Any other legal documents.
 
2. FOLDER -2 - CHEMISTRY :
 
a) Copy of Form-1
b) Chemistry data
c) Labels & Leaf lets
d) Copy of RTT permit, if relevant
e) MRL proforma
 
 
 
3. FOLDER –3 - BIOASSAY:
 
a) Copy of Form-1
b) Bioefficacy & residue data
c) Chemical composition
d) MRL Proforma
e) Copy of RTT permit, if relevant
f) Labels & Leaflets
 
4. FOLDER – 4 - TOXICITY:
 
a) Copy of Form-1
b) Toxicity data
c) Chemical composition
d) Copy of specification
e) Details of adjuvants/solvants etc. as submitted in Chemistry folder.
f) MRL proforma
g) Labels & Leaflets
h) Copy of RTT permit, if relevant
 
5) FOLDER – 5 - PACKAGING:
a) Copy of Form-1
b) Packaging & Labelling data.
 
All the applicants may kindly ensure that the above 5 folders are
submitted, complete in all respect in accordance with the existing
detailed guidelines. This will take effect from 01.02.2006.
