CHECK LIST FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER SECTION 9(3)

The applicant should submit application in Form-I along with fee as applicable and other relevant documents as provided in the check list for applications under section 9(4).

Applicant is required to submit data on chemistry, bioefficacy and residues, toxicity, packaging and processing on the molecules as per the guidelines of Registration Committee at tables1 to 11 for different categories of registration under this section i.e., export, technical import, formulation import, indigenous manufacture, manufactured, technical indigenous manufacture, new source, new formulation etc.
