Sub:- Indication of full name of the authorized signatory on forwarding letters

It is observed that in many cases while applying/replying to deficiencies issued by this office, the name of the authorized signatory is not indicated below the signatures of the person signing the forwarding letter to this office. This has created certain difficulties and it is requested that it may kindly be ensured that full name of the person who is signing the forwarding letter should be indicated invariably by the applicant failing which, the reply will not be accepted after 01.01.2006.
